These devices automate the processes of orienting, feeding, and placing O-rings externally, to a precise location on your parts. These semi-automated units come in a compact benchtop design, potentially achieving speeds as high as 3600 parts per hour, contingent on operator proficiency. They offer flexibility with right or left-hand configurations and adapt to multiple O-ring sizes with effortless tooling changes. Integrated with PLC control, they can seamlessly blend into new or existing automated production setups, suitable for both horizontal and vertical needs.
