Great news–Telesis Technologies, the industry leader in part marking equipment & technologies, including a broad line of state-of-the-art laser marking systems, has rolled out a dynamic and unique product called iZonit (“Eyes-On-It”). This product and feature has been utilized in many custom applications but is now being offered as a standard option to our Pinstamp and Laser Marking Systems.
iZonit is a vision product, seamlessly integrated with the standard Merlin laser operating software. The iZonit suite of tools includes Automatic Mark Placement as well as a Pixel Tool. The Pixel Tool could detect the presence of a feature (an edge, a box, a circle, etc…) or a mark on a part, such as a serial number, prior to marking, while the Automatic Mark Placement will allow consistent location of the new mark, regardless of actual part placement under the marking field. iZonit also provides a remote, live view of the marking field and part from the laser rail perspective, even when the enclosure is closed, making alignment and new programs incredibly simple and fast.
